VWR Hydrometer Universal 0.7-2. Ideal for filling beakers flasks and test tubes with a wide range of pitch numbers. Not recommended for measuring samples with a hydrometer that has a closed-head design such as gels. Insert the stoper into the vessel under the capillary rod and read hydrometric results against a fixed reference mark. The Hydrometer will measure drops that have settled on the sides of the vessel or precipitates that have been collected in a vial. Specifications for VWR Hydrometer
