The Byrna CL-XL is their most advanced less-lethal pistol. This kit contains no chemical projectiles and is legal in all states in the US.Built on the foundation of the CL, the XL now uses the widely available 12 gram CO2 cartridge while only adding just over three quarters of an inch to the overall length.The Byrna CL-XL is not classified as a firearm therefore does not require a permit or background check to own.
