The 8.6mm Blackout cartridge is based on the 6.5 Creedmoor case, modified to accommodate a .338 Cal projectile. It is compatible with any .308 Win platform, requiring only a quick barrel change. This cartridge can deliver a 160-225 grain bullet at supersonic speeds or a 285-350 grain bullet at subsonic speeds. Each 8.6 Blackout case manufactured by Alpha Munitions features the company's optimized case design (OCD) with enhanced case head technology. This design aims to extend the lifespan of the
